What we do

Sealcoating and Liquid Road
A protective layer against sun, water, gas, and oil. Reseal every 2 to 3 years.
Crack filling
Hot rubberized crack fill that keeps water out of the base before it becomes a pothole.
Striping
Parking lot layout, stalls, ADA, fire lanes, and curbs, new or restriped.
Color coating and sports courts
Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, walking trails, and colored lots.
Paving and patching
Remove-and-replace, skin patches, and pothole repair ahead of sealing.
Concrete and site work
Concrete crack seal and repairs alongside the asphalt, through Marathon General.
How it's done
Spray, squeegee, and edge.
We apply sealer by spray or squeegee depending on the surface, and hand-edge along curbs and buildings so the coverage is complete. Three short clips from our crews.
