Sealco, Inc. ("we") operates sealcoatingca.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the contact or application forms we receive what you type: name, company, email, phone, project or job details, and how you heard about us.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers or cookies. The quote and application forms are embedded from monday.com; anything you enter there, and any cookies set inside those forms, are covered by monday.com's privacy policy.
Preferences. Accessibility options you choose are stored in your own browser and are never sent to us.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, price your project, consider your application, and keep records of our work with you. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who sees it

Our staff, and the service providers who host the site and deliver form submissions to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Project inquiries are kept as business records. Job applications are kept for one year unless you are hired.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you sent by emailing [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
